Teacher-Student Connection Tools

These methods of communication are meant to be used to clear up any questions or confustion students may have after the school day has ended. These methods of communication are not to be used for any other purpose.

1. Kik Messenger: This is a smartphone app that will allow students to send messages directly to the teacher. Please ask all questions before 9PM. Ms. Temple's Kik username: htemple

2. Remind App: This is a smartphone app that allows the teacher to send out mass reminders to students. If a student has the app they are able to reply with different options that show they received the reminder or that they have questions with the message. See Ms. Temple during school hours (outside of class) to set up your device.

3. Quizlet.com: This is a website (and offered as an app) that can be used to practice vocabulary. It has an option where the teacher can check student progress and assist in areas that need improvement. https://quizlet.com/class/1219634/

4. Gmail: Students and parents may always use e-mail as a connection route at any hour. Ms. Temple will respond as soon as possible. Ms. Temple's email is htemple@portchesterschools.org
